Terms of Use
These terms cover use of this website. They are not a landscaping contract. Work we perform is scoped and billed separately after a walkthrough or written proposal.
Using this site
This website is operated by JPB Landscaping LLC, 1401 Arcona Rd, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. By browsing it you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or misuse the quote form.
Information on the site
Service descriptions, photos, licenses, hours, and service-area notes are for general information. They are not a bid, warranty, or guarantee that a particular property will be accepted or priced a certain way. Conditions on site control the actual scope.
Quotes and walkthroughs
The request form is hosted by Jobber. Submitting it asks us to follow up and coordinate scheduling; it does not create a contract. Site visits are arranged after a lead is submitted. Call if you need a meeting time that is not offered on the form. Any work we perform is subject to a separate proposal, work order, or Jobber agreement, including payment terms.
Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Jobber’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to the form itself.
Intellectual property
Text, photos, logos, and layout on this site belong to JPB or our licensors. You may share a page link. You may not copy the site wholesale, reuse our photos for another business, or present our brand as yours without permission.
Third-party tools
The site may embed or link to Jobber, YouTube, Google Maps, or similar services. Those sites have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by Pennsylvania law, JPB is not liable for errors or omissions on the site, downtime, or decisions you make based only on website content. That limit does not affect rights you have under a signed service agreement or that cannot be waived by law.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
